The name of this Italian heirloom translates as "horn of the bull". Versatile and great for eating raw, stuffed, grilled or traditionally fried in olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan. This is a pepper lover's pepper, complex and satisfying. Fry it, stuff it, bake it, or preserve it. Brought to this country by Italian immigrants!

It is classified as a non-bell sweet pepper and can be used in any recipe that calls for an Anaheim pepper or Pablano pepper. It is a very sweet, multi-talented, Italian heirloom pepper. They contain a small amount of seeds making them very quick to clean.
